Michael Kowalski, Chairman of the Board/President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kowalski, a licensed CPA, has been a career banker serving in senior bank management roles in various Dallas area banks since 1981. Due to a non-compete agreement arising from the sale of First Mercantile Bank to Colonial Bank, he left banking for two years in 2002. During this time, he joined a national HOA management company as its CFO, a position he held through April, 2004. While there, Mr. Kowalski was directly involved in overseeing the firm's national banking and lock box relationships. Subsequent to serving as CFO for the management company from September, 2002 through April, 2004, Mr. Kowalski returned to the banking industry as a Director and President/CEO of Jefferson Bank where he served in these roles from April, 2004 through May, 2006.

Greg Smith, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Smith has been in the banking industry since 1984, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Dallas City Bank where he helped open the de novo bank in 2003. Prior to that he served as Chief Operating Officer of Colonial Bank Texas (and its predecessor First Mercantile Bank) from 2000-2003 in charge of all bank operations (including overseeing the IT Department). From 1998-2000 he was Chief Operating Officer of Lone Star Bank in Dallas, Texas. He was VP of Loan Operations at Fidelity Bank from 1991 -1998 and branch operations at First Interstate Bank from 1984-1990. Mr. Smith was responsible for launching third party lock box operations at both First Mercantile Bank and Lone Star Bank.

Cat Coltrell, CMCA, PCAM , Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development
Cat has partnered with management company executives in the residential and commercial space since 2004, delivering innovative cash management and depository financial services. As a banker exclusively dedicated to the community association industry, Cat is relationship focused and emphasizes best practices for her customers.

A community management professional since graduating from the University of California in 1986, Cat holds credentials earned from the National Board of Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and one of only 1,700 Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) in America, out of 60,000 management professionals nationwide. Cat serves on the Item Writing Committee, writing and statistically validating test questions upon which the CMCA credential is earned. She has published numerous articles in various trade journals and teaches classes on financial and management topics locally, nationally, and internationally.

Camille Sharp, Vice President
Ms. Sharp has approximately 15 years of diverse bank operations experience most recently as Operations Manager/BSA Officer for Dallas City Bank. Her responsibilities included managing and monitoring customers’ ACH activity, managing the Bank’s online banking product and training customers on its use.

Jill Jaggars, Vice President
Ms. Jaggars has over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to working for First Associations Bank, she had been with Colonial Bank for 10 years in various operations roles, including overseeing the electronic banking and cash management areas, serving as a Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Texas. Prior to Colonial Bank, Jill held various operational positions with other Dallas area banks.
